A mission of Pike County Agribusiness Authority

is to create a multi-use community center to serve all of Pike County citizens.

Chestnut Oak is  25 acres just south of Zebulon off Georgia Highway 19 on Sanderfur Road.

Plans include a community conference center with a well equipped commercial kitchen, a covered multi-purpose arena, renovated historic buildings, outdoor amphitheater--set in natural green spaces with trails that wander through native chestnut oaks.
 

This facility will belong to the citizens of Pike County and will provide generations a place for family, heritage, business events and more...preserving the past and building a place for the future.

The Green Trail natural trail along the ridge is open.

Horse arena and restrooms are now in place. Next will be lighting for the arena events.
